Prior to joining RE/MAX Colonial Pacific Realty, I worked in Vancouver television and radio newsrooms where, as a broadcast journalist, I was fortunate to interview a wide array of politicians, athletes and other newsmakers, delivering my on-air message within a competitive, fast-paced, deadline driven environment. As Media Relations Officer, I also worked with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Bid Corporation, on the team responsible for earning Vancouver the right to host the Olympic Winter Games. Of course, as a Lower Mainlander, I couldn't have been more proud to welcome the world to my home town, and witness the uniquely Canadian spirit which made those Games so epic! I've also acted as publicist for a Mixed Martial Arts Reality TV Series and as Corporate Communications Officer for the B.C. Lottery Corporation, where I got to hand out HUGE cheques to lucky lotto winners!
All the while, I have experienced the meteoric growth in our local real estate market first hand as both a buyer and seller, and as any local will tell you, it has been crazy at times. Showing up to an open house and seeing fifty pairs of shoes at the front door? Multiple offers with no subjects? Sound familiar? It seems everyone wants to live here, but can you blame them? We live in one the most beautiful places in the world. It's no wonder the real estate market here is so hectic, which is why you need a friendly, dedicated professional who can guide you through the process and be counted on to protect your investment. My homegrown experience and local perspective allows me to better track and interpret trends to help my clients navigate the unique challenges of our frenzied market, and serves to ensure that we always negotiate from a position of strength, leading to a greater probability of success. But don't take my word for it. Check out the "Testimonials" link on this website to see what past clients had to say.
Whether you are interested in buying or selling property, I look forward to helping you make the right move!
Sincerely yours,
Trevor
